When does cargo to Kyrgyzstan leave New York?
Every Wednesday. The last drop-off for that departure is Tuesday until 4 PM. Boxes brought in after that go on the next one.
How does the receiver get the package in Kyrgyzstan?
Delivered to the receiver's door. We call or message the receiver when the shipment arrives, and they collect it with the pickup number on the invoice.
Is my shipment insured?
Every shipment carries $500 of cover at no extra charge. For goods worth more, full cover costs 10% of the declared value.
