How much does it cost to send a box to Russia?
$16.00 per kilogram, weighed at our Brooklyn counter. There is no charge to drop off, and you see the price before you pay.
When does cargo to Russia leave New York?
Every Wednesday. The last drop-off for that departure is Tuesday until 4 PM. Boxes brought in after that go on the next one.
How does the receiver get the package in Russia?
Collected at the office in Moscow. We call or message the receiver when the shipment arrives, and they collect it with the pickup number on the invoice.
Is my shipment insured?
Every shipment carries $500 of cover at no extra charge. For goods worth more, full cover costs 10% of the declared value.
What can I send?
Clothing, personal items, documents, electronics and most household goods. Ask us at the counter about anything unusual; some items need a customs declaration.
